An admin can do everything and needs no suite list; a member sees exactly the suites they were given and nothing of the others, or every suite of the organisation when allSuites is on. The last admin cannot be demoted, so an organisation can never be left with nobody who can change it.

Requires the members:write scope. Operation builders.update. MCP tool builders_update. CLI, once published: gtable builders update.

`Idempotency-Key`	string	no	Any unique string. Sending the same key with the same request again returns the first response (marked `Idempotency-Replayed: true`) instead of running it twice. Reusing it for a different request is refused with 409. Kept for 24 hours. Up to 255 characters.
