The manual, as a list of ids and one-liners.

Each skill is detailed instructions for one area, permissions, an app's database, its interface, written for whoever is holding these tools. Check this list before doing anything non-trivial, then read the one you need with skills.get rather than guessing what it would say.

Any valid credential for this API: no scope is needed. Operation `skills.list`. MCP tool `skills_list`. CLI, once published: `gtable skills list`.
