`GET https://studio.gtable.app/v1/apps/{appId}/pages/{pageId}/versions`

Who saved each version and when, with the note they left.

The code itself is read by version with pages.code.get.

Requires the `pages:read` scope. Operation `pages.versions`. MCP tool `pages_versions`. CLI, once published: `gtable pages versions`.
