`GET https://studio.gtable.app/v1/apps/{appId}/tables/{tableId}/records/{recordId}`

The whole row, every field.

Nothing is masked on the builder plane.

Requires the `records:read` scope. Operation `apps.records.get`. MCP tool `apps_records_get`. CLI, once published: `gtable apps records get`.
