`GET https://studio.gtable.app/v1/apps/{appId}/tables/{tableId}/records/{recordId}/comments`

The notes users have left on this record, oldest first.

Requires the `records:read` scope. Operation `apps.comments.list`. MCP tool `apps_comments_list`. CLI, once published: `gtable apps comments list`.
