The builders who can open this Studio, their role, and which suites each one may work on.

Not the users of the apps, those live in a suite's directory and never see the Studio at all.

Requires the `members:read` scope. Operation `builders.list`. MCP tool `builders_list`. CLI, once published: `gtable builders list`.
